All Systems Communication Process Evaluation

We believe that healthcare can be empowered by information. We believe that communications and audible alarms are critical. Creating efficient and effective workflow is crucial. All Systems has developed a unique process that evaluates workflow in a hospital environment. We have found that very often misapplication of technology hinders efficiency.

All Systems has identified the metrics that establish the most applicable style of communication in a hospital as it pertains to wireless integration. The All Systems Communications Process Evaluation (CPE) software will launch on March 26th. It takes a set of questions that when answered will produce a report that will provide the most applicable use of wireless communication technology in a hospital.

We have further developed a full evaluation package that uses manufacturing techniques to evaluate current workflow, anlyzes it for bottlenecks, and recommends best practices based on their specific needs. Our professional staff will work with hospital staff to Listen, Analyze, and Innovate a solution.

We have augmented this process by creating a The All Systems Audit Process with the Communications Balanced Scorecard. We have developed a unique process and software package that takes ascii files, raw data, etc and automatically produces the Balanced Scorecard and trend analysis.

Stay Tuned to this Blog for updates and information about best practices.

  2. Thanks for posting! That's a tricky question. Many times redundancy causes the biggest challenges in communication.

We use unique categorization system to identify each step in the process. Within those steps we use a unique metric that analyzes for safety, efficiency, and accountability.
